Subject: Non-Payment of Semester Fees – Debarment from May 2026 Examinations

It is hereby informed to all the students that those who have not paid their current semester fees as per the prescribed fee demand amount are directed to clear their dues immediately.
Students who fail to deposit the required fees on or before the stipulated deadline shall not be permitted to appear in the upcoming Semester Examinations commencing from May 2026.
All concerned students are advised to take this matter seriously and ensure timely payment to avoid any inconvenience.

List of Students - December 2025/ February 2026 Theory Examinations - The UMC Standing Committee-II meeting will be held on 18.03.2026 (Wednesday) at 10:00 am in the Spot Evaluation Centre, adjacent to the office of the Controller of Examinations, Administrative Block, DCRUST, Murthal. The students are hereby directed to appear for personal hearing alongwith their parents before the UMC Standing Committee-II. It is also intimated that, in case you fail to appear for hearing, decision shall be taken by the UMC Standing Committee-II as per UMC rules.
